I'm wondering if there are any manufacturers that make performance sequential manual transmissions for high torque high horsepower aplications that would fit a gm engine. (no specific engine in mind)
If anyone knows of any could you post a few links.

DOnt know about trannsmissions, but I saw a couple of slick straight line shifters for Muncie (I think) and maybe BW T-10's at the PRI show last year. Once you get it in first, every shif you just yank the lever straight back then let go till the next shift. DOnt know how good they work, or if you can downshift with them.

Hewland makes many varieties but they would require special adapters and the cost is prohibitive ($30,000.00). They are noisy and not very street friendly.
