Does anyone recommend a good body & paint shop in CT that works on older vehicles?

The door and fender panels need to be aligned (a little more work than I want to do by myself given the weight) then it's pretty much ready for paint. It'll need a little final smoothing out after removing the current primer, but not much.

A lot of places around here don't like to work on older cars. I might have a line on a place in Oxford but I'm not sure if they'll do any body work.

Try Automotive Restorations in Stratford..located on Barnum Ave. (Don't have a # handy) ask for Craig Cronin(he's the shop manager). There's Jay C Design in Oxford, and Vintage Motorcars in Derby. These are top notch, quality shops. As far as your question on the convertible top,try Jim's Auto Top in Ansonia, located on Clifton Ave.Jim does AWESOMEwork..he's been in business many, many years.
