I sandblasted the underside of my '69 some weeks ago. It is not exposed to any of the elements but some surface rust is beginning to appear (I know now that I should have done something to protect this metal.) I plan to paint the bottem with POR. I have used this product before on the floorpans of my truck. You are suppose to use their cleaner and then rinse. Then you are to use Metal Ready and rinse. Then you are to apply the first coat of POR. I have some reservations about using any water on this clean metal. Do I have their instructions correct and is this how you folks would proceed?
