This is a 408 small block, 10:1 Dart Pro 1 215 heads, Comp 1.5 roller rockers, 1 5/8 headers short/ mid length, 2 1/2 Flowmaster exhaust, MSD ingition, RPM Airgap intake, 750 Holley, Lunati/UD .530/.530 Hyd roller, 110, intake is 234/242, exhaust 288/296. It has a Pheonix Transmission Products 700R4. It was supposed to have a 2800 stall but it won't stall at even 2000. They said send the convertor back and they will take it apart and check it. They said I may need to go to their billet convertor.

I originally planned a 3000 stall but if I have to step up is their any reason not to go to 3500?

I need some help on this one.
