Found some beyond repair doors that have good felts and rain seals, the ones on my 65 need replacing. Anybody know the easiest way of removing these felts (inner glass) and rain guards (outer glass) with out destorying them? they appear to be a pain to straighten out if they're bent. Thanks for your help guys.

You'll usually find a screw at both ends which must be removed. With the glass out of the car you can reach up with your hand and work the slide in clips loose while applying outward pressure on the felts.
