I am installing new quarter panels on my elcamino. what do you use to fill the seam where the quarter meets the rocker panel?

it doesn't get much better than that.

Once all of the welding is done, you can use body panel caulking to fill the seam. It is available from Eastwood or from reputable paint supply stores, I am sure.
