I did my very first tandem jump saturday. All I can say is that it is amazing. For me the hardest part was walking to the door and jumping out of a plane that seems to be in perfectly good shape:). It was cold and noisey for the freefall but when the shute is pulled everything goes instantly quiet and after falling at over 100 mph it seems like you are just suspended in the air and not falling either. The landing wasnt that great :clonk: . according to the instructor we "lost our wind" about 30 feet before we touched down, and hit harder than we both would have liked. I have a sore butt but nothings broken so I guess you could say it was a good landing. I plan to do it again. If anyone has thought about doing it all I can say is go for it.

its on vhs. I dont have the equipment to transfer it over, but I do have a pic I will post. :) Im going to see if any of my friends have the equipment to transfer it to a wav file and post it on my website. If any one here has the ability to transfer vhs to a wav file I would ship the tape to them and pay them to transfer it and email it to me. and pay for shipping back

edit: see next post for pic. umm thats me on the bottom :)
