Ive been cleaning up parts wating for my motor to come back. Looked at my alum valve covers, They look terible all scratched and nicked up . So I took some 400 grit sand paper and wet sanded till my hands were cramping. Then I took some 1000 grit and did it again it sure was worth it they came out with a real nice satin brushed finish. now on to somthing else. Ralph
