will 15x10 cragar s/s wheels fit the rear of a 72?

You need to supply tire size you are pondering & back spacing of the 15X10 rim.

I think there are those on this board that are running P295/50's or P275/60's on 15X10 with 5.5" backspacing but don't quote me on that. I wouldn't put limits like that on my car because even if it fits, It has to be close. And depending on variation from car to car and 30+ years of wear and tear on the car, how perfect is the rear end alignment, etc. will determine whether you will have any problems with an empty car or some rubbing with a back seat full, on hard turns, etc.

Do a search or look in the data base and you will see what has worked with what (if any) modifications etc.

I have 275/60/15's on the rear of my '72. If I don't have my air shocks jacked, the tires rub inside the rear fenders. I like the size, though.

i run 10's with 295/50's NO RUBBING, it's even lower than most... it's a 70 which is the same.
