My flowmasters were replaced today with s set of FloPro welded mufflers. It sounds good, actually just a little quieter that the old ones. Does anyone have an opinion on FloPros?

i just bought i set from jegs for my camino and ive only heard them in my garage. I like the sound and cant wait to hear them out crusin!!! Mine are dumped before the rear end, Kinda load!(haha)

I got them last year on my 72 malibu. I love the sound, throaty, but not loud for the sake of being loud. Mine are on 2-1/2" pipes (aluminized), with a cross-over pipe, and flowtech Afterburner headers. I run out to the bumper, and the pipe has a turn-down at the end (no chrome tips).

There are several guys at my shop who have them, and all sound different because of different combinations, all are pretty cool.

Thanks for the input. They look solid and sound good even with stock manifolds and a cross over. I will soon be getting headers for it since although I like the stock look, I want the added ponies during WOT. A friend said the headers will change the output sound a bit. Will it change that much? Has anyone noticed a big difference in sound after adding only headers?
