Wanting to drop my chevelle a bit.............1-2" Have seen several vendors. Anyone know of a best in price and quality?

I've had good luck with Quickor Suspension
Not a big name but they will work with you to get what you want
Price has been good also

I got both front and rear drop springs for my '69 Elky from these guy's www.classicperform.com and I'm very satisfied with them. I believe they were $114 per pair. They were also shipped pretty quickly.

I've had good luck with H&R springs. They drop about 1.5".

www.coilsprings.com was very nice and easy to work with.

They custom wound 2 pairs for my 66. 1/2 inch drop in front with 2 inch raise in rear (to prevent "saggy ass" original look)

They were about $110-120/pair if I remember correctly.
