Are there any repair panels for the front windshield opening and back window opening? Has rust from a vinyl top all the way around. we are not going back with vinyl. Can someone lead us in the right direction to find these?

nope, you get to make them yourself. I'm actually getting pretty good at it. Just did one earlier this week. Good luck
