I had my ghost flames done in Whitemarsh at ACES. True Colors in Dundalk also does awesome custom work. I'm assuming you would prefer somebody closer than these guys. Look at several of the paint jobs from the place you choose!. Ask them what products they use and get the paint code/formula from them for future touch ups.
