Just tryng to put the 1" rear bar on with my BMR control arms and its far from fitting, about 5/8" to wide.

Im pretty sure these arms use the stock bar, im afraid i have the wrong bar but everything else looks right on it. I bought it used, and clue what it could be from?

Are the arms installed correctly? The rearmost mounting hole for the sway bar should be about 5" from the bolt attaching the arm to the rear axle. If the arms are installed backwards the bar will seem to be too wide.

I wish it was that easy, but thanks. The holes are more towards the rear

U have any measurments...........maybe outside bolt hole to outside bolt hole ?

I had to grind down the arms (the cylinder sticking out of the arm mounting hole) a little for the 1" sway bar to fit. Make sure the arms are centered on their bushings before you do anything. Grind a little at the time, re-fit the sway bar and re-check the bushings. It will probaby take a couple of tries.

I hope i wont have to grind, id rather bend the bar into shape if i can :(
