: Complete suspension kit?

I've upgraded the drivetrain in my 69 vert with a 383/700r4. Now that it's got more power, I'd like to upgrade the suspension and brakes. Does anyone make a complete suspension kit for the 69 chevelle? I'm not planning on going road racing, but I like going around corners and would like to tighten it up a bit. Thanks, Steve

OPGI sells several kits that have everything you need. Personally, I would pick and choose the components myself. You can use their descriptions and pick the parts you want.

Brakes: Baer's
Suspension: Global West, Edelbrock, Hotckis

Some are more than others. For example, Hotckis lower control arms are about $60 more than the Edelbrocks and appear to be the same thing. The Edelbrock uppers are very nice and use the spherical joints in them for about the same price as some of the other uppers out there.

I got the TVS Hotchkis kit. make sure they have it in stock. I waited 2 months from year one, cancelled it, ordered it from summit and it took one week... I wish I'd bought stuff seperately now though...

What items did you replace? Front and rear sway bars, Springs,Trailing arms. Did you go to tubular control arms? What were the results? Are you happy with the handling and ride? What advice would you give me if you were doing it over. Thanks, Steve

PS I noticed that the frame channel between the front and rear frame clips isnt particularily strong, does anyone ever box these to reduce twist?

Global West all the way with the Edelbrock rear uppers for no bind. Stay away from poly.
