Hi guys, Summit sent the specs for my engine and now I am looking for advice on what to do to help with my power and ETs at the track. I cannot do attachments on here so what would you all need to know? I know it says it is a 360 hp summit motor. Part number = ses-3-48-99-310 or 311. CRANK = ses-3-48-05-010. 3.48 stroke, 350 mains2.1 PIN. RODS = ses-3-60-05-011. 5.7 rod length, Stage 1 set. PISTONS = UEM-KB193 Forged Piston .030 oversize, -15.7cc Piston volume, 1.560 Piston Pin Height. RINGS = SLP-E-251K030. The block is either a 4 bolt block or a 4 bolt splayed block. Deck height is 9.000.
CAM = SUM 9000. Intake and exhaust lift are .454 and rocker ratio is 1.5 and the duration at .050 is 216. HEADS = TFS -31400001, 62 cc chamber volume, approx 9.4:1 compression 2.02-1.60 intake and exhaust. Centerline on cam is 112. GASKETS = SLP-2601000 and or? SLP-2601045. Now they give me more info and some of it is not the same as this. For example another sheet says the pistons are a -12 Piston dome volume and the gasket thinckness is .038 etc. but that says the engine will be a 9.8 to 1 and I am pretty sure it is the 9.4:1. At present the best I have been able to do at the track with a four speed and 3.08 gears is 14.34 at 98.68 MPH. I am simply looking for advice as this is all new to me and I do not even know what all the info I listed means. I have a general grasp of it but not enough.

What heads are you using? Intake? Carb? Timing settings? Headers?

Heads = Trick flow 31400001
Intake = Edelbrock Performer
Carb = Edelbrock 650 vacume advance
Timing = initial at 16 wot at 36-38
Headers = Flowtech terminators.
