I have to do some sandblasting on by windshield channel, and I really didn't want to get sand all throughout the car again, so I am wondering if one of these would do the trick? Has anyone tried one? Are they a waste of money?

Thanks,
Steve

I have one and it is one of the best tools I have ever bought! I use it all the time. In fact, I bought a presure sand blaster and never use it. I have even found that the little hand held "Speed blaster" works good on larger items. The rubber tips work great and will contain 100% of the sand if you hold it tight against the panel.

Hilljack those hand held "speed blasters" cost around 50 bucks and I bought mine from the MAC tool truck, but they are all the same. They are a sweet unit to have. As for the spot blasters with the rubber, you can get them from the eastwood company or TP. Their website is tptools.com. They too should be priced around 50 bucks and more then likey harbor frieght has them and maybe even cheaper.
