I'm using Dupont 131s primer-surfacer to prime over bare metal and bondo on my chevelle's rear quarters. Its an acrylic lacqer. I will be storing the car outside for the winter, (N.H.)in primer. it will be under a roof (no sides) Is this primer moisture proof so that moisture doesn't get under it and rust? If not what should I use to cover it. Thanks Alot

NO, that is not moisture proof. Use an epoxy or urethane.

I didn't think so. I've already got some Dupont DP-50-LF non sanding epoxy primer for the underside of the car. Is this a good choice for the rear quarters? Will this epoxy get to gummy when trying to sand it? I will be finishing all the body work and topcoating it next summer. Is there a better choice?

Thanks Alot

No, that will work the best. But PPG makes DP50LF, not DuPont.
