So, after recieving my new trunk replacement panels, I removed the gas tank and spent the day removing the homemade trunk floor from my 66 Chevelle...only to find that the panel that is at the rear of the trunk floor (the one that has the body mounts in it) is really rusted beyond repair.

Does anyone know where I could get this panel?
I have searched this site for info on repair or replacement of this panel, but not much luck...

It appears that it would be a bear to replace and keep everything lined up...I am sure someone has run into this...I am too far into this car to let this annoyance stop me...so any advise is surely appreciated.

No one makes the rear body mount panel..
Youir going to have to track down a DONOR car.

I am not sure what years fit ASSUME 66-67 for sure
As for being a BEAR to replace. YES it is.. it mates all the rear panels.. trunk floor,fuel tank brace, tail filler panel( which just started to be made again ) but can be done by taking your time drilling out your spot welds and fit fit fit B-4 you cut and only tack weld as you trial fit....
