Does anyone have a picture of a 1969 Chevelle Dusk Blue Convertible with White Parchment interior, bucket seats and white top & door panels white 4 speed car without console?
Iam doing a resto on this same car and wanted to see if I like the color combo before I spend lots of $$$ doing the car, and decide I dont like it?? Even if you only have just the color of the dusk blue. I havent had any luck finding such a car with those colors yet.
Thanks

What paint code are you asking about. I'm not familiar with "dusk blue" as a Chevelle color in '69.

It is code 51
Chev.
Code 51
Color Dark Blue
Sales Name Dusk Blue
Lucite Stock No. 5016L
Rinshed-Mason
Stock No. A-2098
Ditzler
Stock No. 2075
Don't have a pic but that's a beautiful color combo. I saw one at CB a few years ago and it was killer. Dusk Blue is kind of a soft dark blue.

Dale McIntosh' website at www.chevellestuff.com in the 69 index has a hardtop. Not too bad of a picture, but it's not all that you're looking for.

The one on my website has the Parchment/Convert combo with code 71. If you have a photo editor, you could probably get close on the exterior color.
Here's a picture (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/Cam/69l89-1mickyhale.jpeg)of a '69 SS396 sport coupe in Dusk Blue. I liberated this picture from the Micky Hale Restorations website a few years back. It is a factory aluminum head car they restored.

IMO the dark blue with white is a cool combo but I have heard the white is hard to keep clean looking. good luck :)

No picture needed. How could you question a color combo like that. The white interior will be nice and bright, it will bright everything out. Just keep it clean. I think that black or other dark colors hide all the details.
