Is there a visible seam or not.
On a convertible were the filler panel between the trunk and the convertible top well meet the rear quater panels is there a visible seam on the exterior of the car? (hardtops = yes). My car had both rear quarters replaced years ago and the seam was welded over smooth and finished, it looks good and is solid. If necessary however I can put a seam "line" in.

Seam's not supposed to be visible. HOWEVER-it seems to be a favorite place to crack!! I've checked several convertables at shows, and many show cracks between the truck and the convertable top along where the seam is.
