What can I use for a sound deadener under my carpet? I don't what to pay the $ for Dynamat and wonder what the next best thing would be?

I have heard a product called Fatmat is just as good as dynamat, you can get it on ebay in 36, 50 and 100 sq ft rolls I think, not very expensive either (at least compared to dynamat...). Have yet to try it myself, but heard good things about it....
