I found a rear seat for the 69. My question is that the guy wants $100 and it needs recovering (which isn't a big deal as I planned on the whole interior kit anyways). The down side is it's about 75 miles from me. I can't decide whether it's worth the $100 plus the gas to go get it. Has anybody here bought a rear seat lately? What did you pay for it?

Seems a reasonable price for a rear seat is more in the $50-$60 price range. $100 sounds high, especially if the cover is shot. Granted, you'll probably be recovering anyway.

i've got a seat from a 72 chevelle for free in tucson, if you know anybody around here theyre more than welcome to it, Jim PS the front seat if free too, just hate to throw it away incase anyone needs it.

That's a very generous offer :thumbsup: Is it the same as a seat for a 69? If it is I think I know somebody there local that I could get to pick it up for us....
