Hi everyone, I have tried quite a few things but nothing has worked..My problem is that my radiator keeps pushing water out everytime I drive it. I have replaced the cap, flushed the radiator out, put in a new thermostat and nothing works. Everytime I drive it, it pushes at least a quart out, and yes I have checked the water level on it acouple times. My dad told me that I might have a bad head or something, but I'm thinking that it can't be something that major. I'm going to replace my clutch fan with a flex fan and also try to put in an overflow tank. Do any of you know what else might be wrong that would cause it to push water out? Thanks.

That's normal - the water in the engine and radiator expands as it gets hot and has only 1 place to go - out. Put an overflow tank on.

if your filling it up cold, like ex said everytime it gets hot it will expand and blow water out the drain hose-thats normal, esp if it runs hot-an overflow tank will cure this, and when it cools down it will draw the water back into the radiator-some of the older radiators had a fill line, about 4-5" below rad cap
