Anyone know where I could find the Dash Pad Clips for a 70? Is any of the vendors selling them? Do you know what year clips were the same? I'd even buy an entire used dash pad to get them. Thanks. I only have 1 on my dash pad. I may have to try to fabricate some if I can't locate them.....

I just got some from Classic Muscle 800-722-4828. They are repo but they work. You will need 2 3965462R and 4 3965463R they were 3.95 each

Interesting question. I too have wondered before. At the moment my new dash pad is held in place only by the screws. I want to fix that though.
Another question is, how are the clips mounted to the pad? My original dash pad had them glued on with some sort of plastic cement. Can the repro ones be screwed in or how do you mount them?
thx

You can also get them online from Scott's Antique & Classic Parts. $12.95 for the complete kit.

Thanks so much! I've been watching Ebay for weeks now looking for them. I'm going to order today.
Good question about how them mount. I'll have to figure something out when I get them. I'll let you know what I do.

The clips fit onto metal pads on the underside of the dash pad. They hold themselves on with 2 tits and a clip. You just push them in place.
