im getting ready to install my new 67 tilt got a question about the cancel cam on my non tilt column in the car now it has a spring operated piece coming from the top of the cancel camim supposing this make ground when you put the steering wheel on my new setup with the tilt it doesnt have the spring piece does it need it will the horn not operate without it thanks for any help
