I'm talking about the lower stainless at the base of the windshield. Will a 69 molding fit my 70?

Yes so long as it is off a 2 door. 68-72 takes the same piece.

Was looking at them in groundup catalog other day pg.81.Says all years 68-72,concealed or not.

'69s with non-concealed wipers had a different molding than ones with concealed. I have one of each. The non-concealed molding was narrower, height-wise, and didn't have the raised parking stops that the concealed wiper moldings have. As far as wiper function, either will work with either wiper system.
