Gentlemen,

I am partial to the 66' Chevelle Sedans(2 drs). I have located one for $1800.00. It is still owned by the original family has 138,000 mile 6 Cyl 3 on the column. It has rust in all the usual places trunk, quarters, floorpans, etc.. Do you guys think this price is within reason to what these car (chevelles in general) are goin' for. I need to make my mind up within the week. All by the way I will have to travel approx 15hrs each way to get the car..

You should get someone here that is in the location of the car to go and look at it, it would be good to know if the trip is worth your time to travel that much to see the car is a rusty piece of junk.

I see you are from Waldorf Md I live in Hancock, MD(Western MD). I have some pics of the car. Perhaps I could email them to you and you could give me your thoughs.

Someone's personal observation is tons better than some pics. Post the location and ask if someone here could go and give the car a good look over.

I have passed thru Hancock many times on my way to Cumberland and ultimately West Va.
