Anybody use harland sharp roCkers on their big bloCk, mine are hitting my new valve Covers. i am using the blaCk proform tall valve Covers any help would be appreCiated. thanks.

I am using Harland Sharp rockers on my 69 big block.I had to go with tall valve covers.
Other than the left cover being really close to the brake booster,no problems.

HD, I have the Harland Sharp's on my 454. I am in the process of looking for valve covers. I was considering the tall proform valve covers like you mentioned. Are they hitting the baffle or part of the valve cover itself?

Yes I do and they hit my cast aluminum valve covers. Had to grind off one corner on two rockers, they will hit where the bolts go through the valve covers. Is this what you are refering to?

Thats exaCtly where they were hiting, had to grind 2 of the roCkers down some.
