is it possible to mis-align the body when it goes back on the frame? Im using new body mount bushings and everything seems to be lining up as it came off.

My 68 had holes in the frame and in the body on the left side that you could slide a piece of pipe into and line up the body and frame.

When I have changed bushings, I did one side at a time to avoid finding out about alignment challenges. But, if you have lifted the body and changed all bushings at once, you should check the alignment. Measure from the rear drum to the fender lip and make it equal from side to side. Apparently there is room to move the body a bit as some users of large tires have reportedly shifted the body to get equal room on both sides.
