Now I can't find this anywhere but years ago I was at a bodyshop and the guy had this little block of wood about 2" square and it had an S pattern type file on the bottom of it, can't remember if it was metal or something soft but he would use it like a little file to knock down runs in a concentrated area. Does anybody know where to get one of these or what it's called?

Steck sells them, I personally don't use them much.I believe they have a curved one also for concave surfaces. Here's a link http://www.handsontools.com/store/show_product/?product_id=5642 Mike
