I have a 67 chevelle ss I plan to change the rear bezels & seals,If anyone hs done this could you outline the procedures on how to remove the old bezels,and any tips to make the job easier.

Are you just changing the chrome trim bezel, or do you want to take off the taillight extension and change the seal between the extension and the body? If it's the latter there are four studs extending into the trunk that have 1/2 inch nuts on them.

I have the new sealsbut it sounds as though it may be easier to just remove the 4 nuts and replace the bezel only assuming I don't run into any other problems. Thanks for your help.
