: Inner Rockers 67 Chevelle

I'm in the process of replacing the floors and floor supports on my car when i took the body off the frame I realized the inner rockers should also be done. Can I buy them ? what is the best way to approch this

Waldo - I know you can get rocker pannel skins, but you would be better of fabricating with sheet metal. I had to fabricate the inner panel of the rocker for mine. Good luck.

Not sure how they are on 67's but on the 70's they are just a simple flat piece of metal with one 90 degree bend at the top. So they are easily maded.

If you can find someone with a metal brake or even try a heating and cooling place as they custom make the heating ducts, they should be able to bend up that inner rocker. I patched a small piece on my 70 and used 20ga steel. Also most steel dealers or yards shold have a metal brake...Eric

if you only need a little bit of metal go to any sheet metal shop and ask about drops they are the pieces that are cut off of larger pieces when they are doing their work. the drops are very cheap

What part of the rocker do you need I'm cutting on up now?
