interceptor1 Jan 6th, 03, 5:40 PM Are the rear bumpers the same for both 65 hardtops / convertibles and sedans? I just installed a new rear bumper on my 65 convert... How embarassing. 65elcamino Jan 7th, 03, 1:29 PM The rear bumper is the same for all models, including the wagons and El Caminos. The center is bolted to the rear frame crossmember. Are they also the same? The bumper has a pronounced bow to it...It was nearly impossible to get the arms to line up properly. I thought I remembered the rear bumper being almost straight. I looked at my 65 El Camino and it has a bow to it, but it follows the body. | ||
