Hi all, I req a new screen for my 70 elky.Being in OZ,its costly and not too eazy to find one.Are they the same as a chevelle?.[I can get a hold of one from a 68 GTO ].What is the 70 Elky screen change-able with.any other models.Most shops here just give me a wierd look,then say,'whats that,a Chevy luv truck!!??.. cheers Dave

I'm afraid I can't help with what fits what, but does your windshield (that's yankee for windscreen) have the built in radio antenna? I'm pretty sure they weren't available til the '70 model year so therefore you'd need an antenna if you used one from a '68 A-body of any GM make.

68-72 GM A body 2 door only don't get ones from 4 door they don't fit Jim

This window includes antenna. Antenna is standard for 71-72 Chevelle.


This was from an eBay ad (he ships to USA only). According to this list the one from the 68 GTO should work for you, if it's a 2 door.

Thanks guys.I will try and get the GTO screen.I knew the 68-72's are compatable just wasnt sure on the coupe to elky.[even after measuring my 70 chevelle].I was sure they'd be different somehow.,but their ya go!. cheers Dave
ps no screen antenna in my 'windscreen' unfortunately its got one mounted on the rh guard-[sorry fender!!]..cheers Dave
