What holds the roof rail weatherstrip on.
I did a search but couldn't find anything.

3M weatherstrip adhesive. There are little grooves in the side of the chrome trim that holds the weatherstrip, and little lips on the weatherstrip itself. You need to put a bead of adhesive down the center of the metal channel, then tuck the lips of the weatherstrip into the grooves on the side. Use something plastic to push the seal in with or you may rip it. You will have to trim the back end of it to fit. Good luck!

There are trim screws that hold the retainer in the right place. Then the weatherstrip goes in.
