I'm trying to find the right size of those little cutting nuts that will go on my SS grille emblem for a '71. I've tried a 5/16 head which works sure, but the holes are either too big (so they slide down too far and hit the back of the emblem plate against the grille, so they won't thread) or are too small to not even go on the little 'pegs' of the emblem. Anyone know what those measurements are? Maybe the best idea will just be to go to Lowe's and buy a whole bunch of nuts and go through trial and error graemlins/clonk.gif Also what types of things do I need to put in my bumper to be able to hold up the tag bumper bracket from the underside? Thanks
