I have a flowmaster exhaust syatem on the Chevelle, where should cutouts be installed, in front of the H pipe, or behind it ? thanks, for info...

Before, I had my cutouts installed after the H-pipe. Now I have changed that to right after the header. There are pros and cons to both setups.

It sure sounds better when they're installed at the header...

Before the H-pipe. What kind and size of cutouts do ya'll have? I'm thinking about getting some for my 2 and a 1/2 in pipes.
