basically what the titel says. i searched and searched and can't find the correct torque sequence. THANKS

i torque cylinder heads in a circular pattern from center, in 3 steps.

Ditto. The first sequence should be just to snug the bolts down, not more than 30 ft lbs

As you can see the systemax torque sequence pretty much duplicates what motor martyr said. Torquing the bolts in about three or four steps should give good long lasting service. It is also a good idea to run the engine for a while and bouble check to see if any of the bolt torque settings have changed.
