I just bought a 70 Chevelle bare shell and frame. Everything that can possibly be removed from this car has been. I am going to take a different approach to restoring this car- I am going to get the body pieces together and paint it FIRST before doing anything else. The shell is rust free (floors, quarters, etc.) so I don't need to repair them.
So I guess my question is this: aside from the list below, am I forgetting anything that needs to be aquired to paint to the body color?
1) The shell (of course)
2) Trunk lid
3) Valance panel under rear bumper
4) Rear side marker covers
5) Doors and hinges
6) Fenders
7) Front fender/headlight extensions
8) Grille-to-bumper filler panel
9) Grille trim
10) Hood
11) Cowl induction flapper door
Am I missing anything that needs to be body color?
