I have a 71 malibu with a horn relay that constantly buzzes as long as the battery is connected. Replaced relay with a new one and made no difference.
Horn was weak before but now does not work. Can hear relay click when horn pad is pressed but nothing out of horn.
Makes no difference with engine running except it drowns out buzzing sound.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to make the buzzing sound go away, disconnect the single black/pink wire that plugs into it.

Ahh the sound of silence.
Makes me wonder why all of a sudden it started buzzing.

Probably the key minder contacts inside the column next to the key switch got bent. Those things are kind of a pain.
