I have a '70 SS clone project car that I'm having a little trouble with.I've got my bodywork done and the engine in and running,so I started in on the wiring and interior.The car sat for years and moisture ruined everything inside so I stripped the interior out.The main problem I'm having is getting the lights to work.When you turn on the turn signal lights,the opposite dash light will come on,but doesn't blink.Both right and left do this.If you push on the brake and turn on the emergency flashers the dash turn signals both come on but don't blink.Let off the brake and they go off.Does this sound like something is not grounded right?Any help would be appreciated

Check your signal bulbs, if you have one out, none will flash on that side.
