Need Help To Find A Correct Lower Steering Cover For 67 Chevelle As The Ones Sold Are Not For 67 Chevelle So I Was Told. The Fellow Stated That The Ones Sold Will Fit 64-66 But Not 67. Any Ideas Where To Look? Do Not Need Nos Just One That Fits.

Which cover is it that you are wondering about? The one at the firewall or carpet or the one where the bracket holds the steering column bolts to the underside of the dash?

I recently found a used one that appears correct for my 67 4 speed car. It is black plastic and has two rectangular recesses in the top edge (One to clear the steering column and one to clear the clutch rod) and two holes for fasteners.
The one I found was on a a '67 Skylark column shift with automatic. To my surprise, it looks identical to the piece for Chevelle 4 speeds. It seems that they used the same piece for standards and automatics.
So you probably can broaden your search to include a piece from any '67 A body car.
