I'm having a hard time finding the right floorpans for our el Camino. We need them to include the complete kick up across the rear. Butchers were at work. The pans I got make up the whole tunnel as well but are more like the '68-'72 hardtop contour across the back. I need the '64 and up shape. I tried rear sections only but they just start up the curve a bit and don't include any of the top flange area. HELP!!

Have you tried talking to Ground Up (http://www.ss396.com) , our sponser? They sell pans for 64-72 Chevelle which also fit 68-72 El Camino.

I got pans for my 72 (same floor) from them. They fit very well. Probably not a contours restoration part but overall very nice. The picture below might help you - I don't think these include the upper flange you're looking for, either. Maybe you could make your own rear flanges form the rear pieces you mentioned by cutting off the part that curves up and flipping it over. Just thinking outloud (I know, I know - I might hurt myself) hehe. Good luck!

Email me if you need more pictures or help - I just got mine welded in over the weekend.

Our pans overlap down the centre line of the tunnel and go up the back to the flange edge. Just the wrong contour when they get there. The rear partial sections that I got go up about the same as those in your picture. The previous guy just got too carried away with the air chisel. Still looking for a part that will fill the whole area. Someone must make the pieces. Thanks for the photos. Looking good. I did a '72 Lemans with the same pieces that you used. Probably all that our car needed as well.

The El Camino Store (http://www.elcaminostore.com/) sells the pan that goes underneath the front edge of the bed (directly behind the hump you're looking for). It's possible that they can help you out. I don't think anyone makes that rear hump - you might need to find a parts car to get it from. I wish I could help out more.

Good luck!
