How do I get these off without destrying them? Thanks, Scott!

Hi Scott,
If you mean the stainless steel drip rail trim pieces, then find an old-style beer can opener with a sharp triangular tip for puncturing a can top.
Wrap the tip with masking tape to protect the part, hook the tool under the drip rail trim and lift slightly. Work carefully along the rail and the part will come off intact & ready for reinstallation later. Patience is the key!

I used a six inch long piece of 2 x 2 and a hammer and tapped them out from the bottom. Get one area started and work your way along the entire length. Worked for me.
