I have this dash but it looks like someone put too much paint on it..it there a way to remove the this paint or should I leave it up to a expert restorer?

Steve S Dec 5th, 00, 7:05 AM Oven cleaner. I know it doesn't sound like a good thing to put on plastic but it works. Leave it on a long time a cover with plastic wrap(keeps it from drying out)to give it time to work.
