I picked up a full face mask NORTH brand And I coulden't see well enough through the peel off plastic covers to paint with it. That was disapointing I thought it would be way better then the half mask. I wonder if there is any differance in 3m brand covers? I tried a Transtar HVLP gun and really liked it . It's so much lighter then the Binks 62 I was useing I kept thinking it was empty.

I use the 3m brand and have no problem with vision, or fogging. I never used tear offs though, I just wipe it off after I use it with a bit of reducer.

WEll I feel like an idiot on this one . THe plastic film that came on the mask wasen't the tear offs it was plastic that your not supposed to be able to see through duuuu. Im much happier now that I got the real pull offs it's quite a nice mask now. I can Get tubes that go over the back so the filters are farther away from fume source simalar to the 3m setup . I diden't know how reducer would react on the lens I called NORTH and they explained the set up for dummys instructions.
