HeY, It won't work, The 4 door frames are a little longer.
El Camino and wagon frames are longer too.

On the upside any A body 2 door frame will fit your chevelle.

i cant remember which it was but it was either the 4dr or wagon uses the same frame as the monte, well thats what i was told i could be wrong.
