Clyde's 67

Hello, I'm getting close to removing my 67 convertible body off of the frame. Can someone tell me is it safe to lift the body off or do I have to build some type of brace on the inside to keep the body from flexing? If anyone has done this your advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks, CJ

CJ, I'm currently in the middle of a frame off restoration right now. click on the links at the bottom of my signature and you can see how I support the body shell before lifting it off of the frame. I was wanting to put it on a body rotisserie but it was not ready to use yet. In my option, I would want to brace the sides. click on the link below about an earlier post where I ask the same question.
What is the best way to frame up the body before taking off of the frame? (http://www.chevelles.com/forum/Forum3/HTML/005205.html)
