Sounds like one of the outside left bulbs is missing a ground. When you only have the running lights on, does one of the left bulbs look dimmer than the right? How about if you hit the brakes? Both those bulbs look evenly lit? If so, i'd look at the front left bulb.

yes john the left side is definately dimmer and slower i took a peice of wire and touch the blinker housing to the frame and radiator support still nothing tomorrow i will grind a spot to get really good ground. john what else should i do?

Tried swapping out the turn signal flasher? It's the one under the dash, not the one in the fuseblock.
Also how does things look with the hazards on? All the bulbs working normally?

john solved the problem, looking for one problem fixed 2 others first right side blinker connections was real loose but that wasnt the problem second left side headlight plug loose also that wasnt the problem had 12 volts going to plug end of the blinker solder wire to blinker and grinded spot on bumper bracket for good ground still no fix finally i twisted the factory socket on blinker and bam bright blinker light and no blinker light on dash. problem fix . i remember i sand blasted the light and painted it also may of ruined the light? if it happens again i'll get a new one. thanks again john storm.
